When you make a reservation or inquire about a tour, we collect the following information: name, email address, phone number/WhatsApp, pickup hotel, tour date, and number of people. If you contact us via WhatsApp or social media, we also collect the content of that conversation.
2. What We Use Them For
To confirm your reservation, arrange your pickup, send you confirmation and updates about your tour, and—only if you agree—send you the travel guide and occasional special offers. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties.
3. Third-party tools
This site uses Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to track visits on an aggregate basis, and advertising pixels to track campaigns. These tools may use cookies. Credit card payments are processed through secure external payment gateways; we never store your full credit card information.
4. Preservation and Security
We retain your reservation data for as long as necessary to manage the service and comply with legal obligations. We implement reasonable security measures to protect this data.
5. Your Rights
You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete your data, or to stop receiving communications, by contacting us via WhatsApp or email. We will respond to your request as soon as possible.
