The only thing paid separately is the comarca entry fee: $22 for foreigners and $7 for residents, once only, in cash and straight to the Guna community.

Yes, children pay a reduced price and babies go free. Under-10s are also exempt from the comarca fee. Enter the ages when booking and the price adjusts by itself.
Almost always because that price does not include the transfer from Panama, which is the expensive part: two and a half hours of 4x4 over mountain roads. Before comparing, check whether the other price includes pick-up at your hotel.
