Every one of our day tours leaves Panama City around 5:00 a.m., crosses the mountains by 4x4 to Cartí port and continues by boat. You are back the same afternoon. The only things that change from one to another are which islands you see and what lunch includes.
All of them include the door-to-door transfer, the boat, lunch and the guide. The comarca entry fee ($22 foreigners / $7 residents) is paid separately, in cash.
