There are 3 routes that stop at Isla Chichime, all leaving Panama City on the same day. They cost the same, $135 per person, so price does not decide here: what decides is which other islands you want with it.

On top of any of these prices comes the comarca entrance fee: $22 per foreigner and $7 per resident, in cash and once only.
The three routes reaching Chichime all cost exactly $135, so price decides nothing here. The map does.
The West Day Trip stays in its own area and adds Waily and Franklin. The Romantic Escape crosses it with Coco Blanco and Pelicano, which is a Cayos Limones island, so that day touches two different areas. And the Photo Tour takes it with Estrella and Coco Bandero, out towards the outer cays, the widest-ranging of the three.
None is dearer or longer. Choose by the rest of the itinerary: stay in the west, cross over to Limones, or head out to the outer cays.

The day splits roughly four hours of water time between the islands on the itinerary, so no stop lasts the whole day. The fewer islands the route has, the longer at each: which is why the cheapest is not always the one that gives you least.
